Golden Hour Glow at Mercer Meadows | Maternity Photography in New Jersey
There’s just something about photographing a mama-to-be at sunset in June. The light is soft, the grass is tall, and there’s a calm in the air that feels like nature is quietly celebrating right alongside us.
This maternity session took place at one of my favorite local spots—Mercer Meadows in New Jersey—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The sun dipped low behind the trees, giving us that dreamy golden glow, and this beautiful couple made the whole evening feel effortless.
There’s a certain kind of quiet excitement that comes with maternity sessions—it’s tender, joyful, and a little surreal. You’re meeting your baby soon, but right now, you’re just here, together. Present in the moment, soaking in this season of waiting.
I love that we were able to freeze a little piece of this time for them—this in-between that deserves to be remembered.
